Relic posted a free download link for DoW II. I only found the 1st on Youtube.

Well, there are several Yotube "videos" with the OST, but unlike the second game there doesn't seem to be an official release.

This thread is old, but here is how you can find it:

Go to to the Steam folder and then to the following: ...common\Dawn of War Gold/W40k/__W40kData-Sound-Full.sga/data/sound/music

There you will find the soundtrack in MP3 format. Hope you find this helpfull after all these years, I was looking for the same thing. :)
