Hard copy cd key not working

Ive got all the content for DOW 1 WA, DC and SS but the cd keys dont work on steam and the link given out on another discussion no longer workes(to get a steam keys for the cd keys found on the hard copy) and i was wondering wheather there is a way to use them or wheather i need to but them again on steam

Send photos of: proof of purchase, cd key and copy of box to sega support.
