Got my Steam keys for DoW and Winter Assault this way.
Likewise, and gotta sing the praises of Sega while I'm here - logged the request Sunday night, got a response confirming the procedure Monday morning, attached the pics and responded last night, got the keys this afternoon,
And it only took THAT long because I faffed around in the first place!
Brilliant, BRILLIANT customer service, and all for a game sold by somebody else to begin with!
Gotta be worth a shot before you mail them back and ask them to check it. If you quote the original call reference I can't see them getting funny about it.
I sent a screenshot of my gamefly/D2D reciept to the link,and got new keys from them,so give it a shot :)
I justI sent to SEGA EU photos of CD keys card and Bundle Box but not available receipt. I am waiting for response ..
