Pleeeeeeease
This is evident with the other mediocre sequels that are not worth playing like the newest sequels to Age of Empires and Company of Heroes which fall short of past games that did the same thing but much better.
This one is not aged well. AOM retold becomes a succes. It proves the old fassion RTS is not dead, only needs a proper way to aproach. They always blame it on the genre is obsolated, but it is dead cuz of the developers. It can be changed. BTW RTW remastered was also a succes even that was not a big succes but still a succes.
Space marine 2 is a huge succes the franchsie could live a golden age again.
It would help if they release it as a 64 Bit version, then some Mods alone would improve the Game by the base Game not crashing.
Don't "revamp" the gameplay, agreed this is almost perfect, but it runs terrible on a modern system.
The graphics and the interface need a rework, along with proper 4k & Widescreen support.
Currently I need mods to make it work even remotely on 4k, because the font is so tiny that it's unreadably..
Only remaster the graphics, just like blizzard did with the original starcraft a few years ago.
