Game "freezes" when I move the mouse or scroll with the mouse on the edge.

Title explains it all. I move the mouse in-game, everything freezes up except for sounds and the mouse, and the moment I stop moving the mouse, all animations/movement continue. I've been having the same issue in Warcraft III, Starcraft II, Dawn of War, and Supreme Commander 2. But this has ONLY been on my RTS games, none of my other games have been affected or show any signs of this.

And this is not a DX9 or whatever cursor issue for Dawn of War, I already checked that.

I saw another thread on here explaining a similar issue but had no responses.

I have never had this issue before with 1, 2, or 3 monitors. I currently run a triple monitor setup and still never encountered this issue until just yesterday.

It was happening before and after I had updated my graphics drivers as well.

It's getting frustrating because I want to stream these games as I've recently learned that SupCom2 has a mod I hadn't heard about, but it's almost impossible to play because everything just keeps freezing when I move the mouse. I have zero clue as to why this is happening, it doesn't make any sense as to why it's happening, and I can't find any answers.

File Verifications and Reinstalls fixed nothing, just to add. Reboots haven't helped. Windows did not update during the week. No new keyboard/mouse drivers/software were recently installed either.

Running as Admin doesn't change anything. Steam Overlay and Discord Overlay, either on or off, doesn't change anything. Compatibility mode doesn't change anything.

Simplifying the setup (dropping to 2 or 1 monitor, even unplugging them) doesn't change anything.

It was the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mouse, I'm so mad. I unplugged it and plugged in a new one and everything works.
