Common Language Runtime Debugging Services Problem, Help?

Title is the error I keep getting trying to start the game. The error reads as follows
"Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

click CANCEL To debug the application."

No matter what I click or try to use the debugger it does not launch or work. I've been able to launch the graphics option test where it shows you the space marine and he looked fine, No glitches or anything. Saved those settings and tried to launch the game and...Still the same issue. I've validated my files, Triad compatibility modes, tried Safe Mode in the graphics program...I want to play this game so bad! But this is just so frustrating to try and figure out...If anyone could help me I'd appreciate it so so much!

Yeah that's definitely an option. I bought the complete collection to see if Any of the games would run (I could always refund if they didn't) And Soulstorm and Darkcrusade run perfectly! I can't get the base game or the winter assult dlc to work...I'll take what I can play though! Thanks for the reply! Hopefully this might help someone else with this issue

Has any found a solution to this problem? The game was running fine for me I even finished the campaign of the original Game. Now I can't run it nor Winter assault either.

I never got the games to run, I just played Soulstorm with the ultimate Mod installed. Never got the other games to work unfortunately
