My mouse keeps flickering every time I move it for no reason

I had the same problem, and it looks like the fix for the mouse lock seems to help here too.

It is a hardware cursor bug. Dawn of War doesn't let you disable through the menu, but you can disable it with a simple edit with notepad.

You need to open "Steam\steamapps\common\dawn of war gold\Drivers\spdx9_config.txt" and change the following line:

; allowhwcursor : allows the use of the Dx8 cursor system
allowhwcursor 1

to this

; allowhwcursor : allows the use of the Dx8 cursor system
allowhwcursor 0

Save the file and start the game. You'll have to repeat the above for Dark Crusade and Soulstorm.

This works but it makes the cursor tiny in HD/4K. If you enter Windows accessibility settings and make the Windows cursor very big, it will translate to a regular sized cursor in game.
