it moved with the same speed every time but one time it stopped on the card i stopped it on and other times it kept going a variable distance
Stopping is meant to take a consistent amount of time regardless of how fast or slow the wheel is spinning or how large the wheel is. It's not specifically meant to stop on the card at the bottom of the screen when you click.
but im sure that at least once the wheel just stopped instantly on the card it was on despite moving fast
