Of course, you'll also have to fight the ogre, but ogres are easy.
Hmmm Mages huh?! The Emperor's Quest has Mages! Finish it 3 times, get your 3 Mages! Simple! Also, get Huge Failures on the Tower Quest cards (You'll get a Mage and an Ogre) if you want to do it faster! Also, is the sword worth it?! Depends on how you view it!
ALSO SPOILERS: There are 10 Quests on that Mace + The Upcoming DLC has more Quests on it thanks to a little leak by the Devs. Therefore, go ahead and ragequit the game while you're at it!

Like I said, depends on how you view it: Finish the Mace quests, see the weapon for yourself then comment!
OK! That's still a theory! My apologies about the misunderstanding but I'm holding into it!
OK! Nine is found at the end of Temperance. The boss is a Necromancer there.
As for Ten, Ogres are everywhere: Thomas the Ogre, Strength Quest (Don't do this), The Blacksmith Quest, The Tower (Failure or Huge Failure this time) and so many things!
