How to remove taskbar in full screen mode?

Sorry, noobie question here. Even in fullscreen my windows taskbar is still showing at the bottom. Anyway to get rid of it in fullscreen mode?

Windows bar stays on during game

It blocks the bottom area, which is distracting.
If I go into windows options and turn the bar on auto-hide it fixes the problem, but I find auto-hide incredibly annoying the rest of the time so I find myself toggling it whenever I play this.

Windows 10 and I do indeed have fullscreen checked.
I've even tried toggling it a few times, but the windows bar persists.

I'm having the same issue now, It didn't happened at the beginning and I haven't play since the last two patches so I don't know if that have something to do.

I'm playing in Full screen 1920x1080 in Windows 10 and also I have a wacom cintiq connected as a second monitor.

EDIT: Restarting the computer seems to have fixed the problem, so nevermind! :)
