Need account from Liber Primus Games user database

Every little publisher/developers needed absolutly a thirdparty DRM.
Its a NO GO. How many form the development time is used for the "ACCOUNT"?

I don't play Ubisoft games because of this kind of things (not too hard considering their games).
I'm not even playing Mirror's Edge 2, which really interest me, because of this kind of things.
So, for an indie game it's totally unacceptable.

Really wanted to buy and promote this, as it's unique and interesting. But this requirement is an absolute game-killer for me. I'll pass. As I suspect many others are.

Guys, the devz here. Without trying to explain anything, we're using the Internet connection and the user db to save savegames to our cloud and to create a leaderboard based on the achievements of the players. I understand that this is a problem for many of you, and we're of course accepting your decision, but I'd like to understand why, so we can make our games a lot better. Would you mind helping us? Is it a privacy concern, or just plain and simple inconvenience? Or am I missing something totally?

Yeah it was dumb to enforce the account login, nobody likes that sure, but at least it seems it wasn't ill intent and not supposed to be DRM, also there's no reason to be so obnoxious, the developer apologized and the problem has been fixed be happy, I for one wish listed the game and will buy it as soon as I can spare the money.

Thumbs up for the devs for listening to their user-base and for being such good sports, not everyone knows how to take criticisms, even when it's not properly expressed, or civilized.
I actually think that by making cloud saving optional you have made a better game for us consumers.

since no one gave you real reasons why this is bad: your servers go down the game is fubar! nuf said. a lot of us also play offline or move around so when we don't have net we cant play. its anoying and useless for games like this. just let us op in and please don't force this crap on us because there are to many other game to play and when i see this stuff its a nogo for me.
