Stuck on Chapter 2 Army Connection mission

I have been looking all over the map for the secret military installation to the north. It's now day 35 and I still haven't found it yet. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There's a filter in the world map, you can choose "Special" in it and it will help you find it, assuming you already explored that area. It's usually not too far away from your base.

Thanks! I tried the filter to "Special" but only the two settlements I found show up. I already cleared everything at least 15 hexes each direction. Will explore the map some more.

I found it. It was in an unexplored spot about 30+ hexes away NE of the base. Once you told me the area has to be explored first, I just kept on expanding the circle until I found it. Thanks!
