Nice game. but is laggy. Any tips/solutions

So by day 45 on challenging difficulty i have 15 people in my camp.
The fps dropped to about 39. and every 5th second i get a lagspike.

I manage to run doom ultra with about 100 fps. So im a bit surprised it does not run smooth here.

Where on earth did you read a rude attitude in my post??

I was trying to be funny (but clearly failed) and for your information my point stands: many alpha games are unoptimized and people who know nothing about EA and game development always come to the various game forums complaining about bugs or poor performance.

Since however YOUR attitude is that rude, suit yourself, I'm done here.

I had it disabled. I got better performance after i enabled it.

Please send us an email with your saved game files and information about your system. The game shouldn't lag, specially in the last update when we optimized our pathfinding.

Switching steam to offline mode helped me with the lagg. The problem seems similiar to the common x-com lagg bugg. Where game gets ♥♥♥♥♥♥ if you connect to the internet via usb dongle or other usb device.
