People having SSJ3 hair

I've seen lots of people in the lobbies having SSJ3 hair. How is that possible?

you cant see there mods though unless you have mod installed your self,

Its not a mod since everyone can see them. Mods usually are only visible for the modders. However, it may be people who use save editor and/or a past event may have dropped it.

It is a mod, but it's just using existing things within the game.

It's when they're using things that aren't actually ingame that you can't see them. Same thing with the giant namekians in the lobby.

Edit: actually save editor might be how they do it also.

Bull. I don't have ANY mods installed at all, and yet I still see people walking around with gigantic hair styles that aren't available in character creation.

So unless those are special wigs that I need to purchase DLC to get access to...

i'd make a small counterarguement by saying i've seen characters with costumes that arent in the game.

It is a mod. You see it because it's a file that's present in both instances of the game: yours and the person's using the mod. What they do is applying the hair as if it were a wig, which ends up counting as an accessory.

The mods you can't see are the ones people add to their game and you won't see them because you don't have the same file for it in your own game

I saw somebody with Super Saiyan 3 hair, but it was colored SS Rose.

Happened a couple days ago in one of the cross versus lobbies.

yeah the SS3 hair and Rose coloring are things that are in the game. Even though not typically available to the public.

The ones that WONT show are super custom things that are not at all in the game files.

To add some depth to this. These wigs have been a thing for at least 4 years. It's only gaining attention now because this is the first time that the forced hair style was fixed so that it doesn't render the entire cac model invisible to other players in the multi-lobby.

The save edited accessories however have always been visible while players are in pqs and pvp settings.

I've been using the cosmetic with the timebreaker mask since 2019. Although this is the first time I've been able to load them and have people see it (the time breaker mask still doesn't show for others).
