However if you intend to get up to lvl 99 then it would probably end up being 3 bars or very close to it. If it matters that much to you don't dump any points into health until you reach level 99, then just do so gradually and test in the PQs to see where its at.
Bear in mind leveling up basic attacks, strike supers, or ki supers only gives you something like a 10% boost, for 100 points of investment. Unless you're intending to min-max its generally not worth the points.
i intend to have 2 bars at lvl 99, and i can't just slowly add up points to test, since i already use the point, i can't just farm dragon balls and try to guess the ammount, would take too long.
- Level up to 99 before spending any points
- If you have 2 bars of health by this point, great, stop here.
- Otherwise you will probably have at least a bar and a half.
- Add about 5 points to health, then do any random PQ and see where your second health bar is at.
- Keep doing this until you get close to 2 full bars. When you get close start doing 1 point at a time until you reach 2 full bars.
