Am I missing something with the drop rate?

Of skills specifically. I've done one mission about 30 times now (128 I believe), got a Z rating every time, and yes I've been dealing the finishing blow on the enemy with said skill I'm trying to get.

Really getting tired of doing these missions perfectly and getting nothing in return.

skills are just random you don't need to do them perfectly cause I got C B and A's and got skills from them

yup, completely random... I had runs in which no matter how I do transformed ult finish on every opponent and with Z score, I got nothing and then times when I took it easy, had fun, ended with a B score and the skill. What I found is, change your CaC, using a different CaC for that pq from time to time helps.

Like I got meditation and power rush the FIRST TIME I did the PQ without Z score. And then I have been grinding for burst charge with perfect scores for weeks now and still never get it.
