Define work properly? If you mean how it seems to keep ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ out when you use it against someone with stamina, it's because their evasive is deleting the projectile effectively, causing the move to end. If you mean how it causes you to look like you're stuck in a microwave because you won't stop glowing, that's been like that forever.

It starts and ends before it starts causing no to little damage and I don't get it, it use to last as long as the stamina remain. My opinion they ruined the best Vegeta on the game the character is clearly broken because of the change they made, it works in practice but not with PQ not sure about anything else and I don't think the move was overpowered it takes time to activate so it can be avoided or cancelled by the player or CPU. My question is why mess with it? Before it was I great move for PQ saving time and attacking multiple CPU at once.

You're delusional if you think that vegeta is broken. Anyways, change your fps to 60 some moves doesn't work properly when fps is above 60

I am at 60 I don't know what you're seeing but for me it does not work.

I dunno, its a remote possibility and something that screwed up my EDB before... did you check that you disabled turbo for that button you are using?

This glitch is *usually* related to either too high an FPS or too *LOW* an FPS. And even if you're on 60 in the game settings, you need to check the refresh rate supported by your monitor. I've used the game on PC's with a monitor refresh rate of 59.94Htz... which doesn't sound like a big difference, but it can cause the game to consistently run slightly below 60 fps and can occasionally interfere with "hold-input" skills like in the OP. I wouldn't necessarily place the blame on the OP for knowing this or not. Since details associated with FPS fluctuations aren't always the first thing to come to mind.

I don't assume to know the OP's hardware configuration. So if provided... that could help give a better answer if it turns out not to be the fps specifically.

ITS NOT JUST THAT angry exsploson also does not work u cannot keep the button down to continue it

Okay I reset the frame rate and adjust the settings and now it's working. I'm also going the clean and speed up my PC for further improvements. Thanks.
