Well as said it is really up to you. However it is worth noting that Ki Supers will give you significantly more options, whilst the few good strike options are really good and can be really dangerous when you allocate your stats for them. Though most of the good strike options still work really well even if you don't build for them, which is why I personally went for Ki Supers.
<Detail as to why I can't give you a solid answer>
The reason I can't give you a solid answer for this, is because the Racial Modifier for male Saiyans is the same in both Ki and Strike Supers. So if you had a Strike Super and Ki Super that have the same base damage, a male Saiyan with a medium build (and nothing impacting their stats) would generally get the same damage output regardless of which Super you used. On the otherhand under the same conditions, a female Majin will deal more damage with the Strike Super.
Edit: It is worth noting that male Saiyans have the highest modifier for Basic Attacks.
And what are these soft caps?
the real cap is 125 but you must do the namek missions for it before this you just can use 100 per attribut
This guide explains the concept of soft caps. In short, a character with a strong stat will suffer from a soft cap earlier than a character with a weaker initial stat. The soft cap itself means that adding more points to a stat after certain amount will give smaller and smaller returns. Essentially the added points after the soft cap will count, but won't be as valuable and won't add much to the overall stat.
Male saiyan's basic attack stat is the best in the game. meaning it will reach a soft cap earlier than all of his other stats. If you had a max weight saiyan, I could say to not add more than 90 points to the stat. If you had a thin saiyan, I'd say 110 to 120. So mid weight, I say 100.
on the other side, male saiyan's ki blast and strike super stats are the lowest in the game, so you can safely max them (125) and the stat will have a decent gain from all the points, as opposed to reduced returns.
