Hero Figure Skill Shop?

So, I just beat Jaco in story mode, and now I need to do some heavy grinding to be able to take on Vados. She wiped out my strongest team in just 2 rounds.

I've recently learned of a great strategy to grind figure exp.

The problem is that I don't have the skills that he recommends using. Specifically the ones that double your stats on the first turn of the fight. As far as I can tell, they aren't being sold in the shop at the moment, and there doesn't seem to be any other way to obtain figure skills.

Does anybody know how to unlock more upgrades and items in the Colosseum shop? Because this game has reached levels of difficulty that are just outright ridiculous. I lost count of how many times I failed to defeat Beerus, because he kept pulling a victory out of his ass right when I was on the verge of victory.

I don't care about the figures themselves, I want good skills to equip them with.

My current set up can defeat Beerus in 2 rounds. But the video I linked above shows a skill set that can do it on the first turn. I'm trying to figure out where to get access to the skills he used on him. Like the couple which gave x2 attack and x3 speed on his first turn.

The videos I was watching showed them having these skills by the time they get to Jaco, if not earlier. But I can't figure out where to get them from. The store isn't selling them, so does Bulma give them out or something?

No, I'm at the point in story mode where I have to beat Vados. Who, because of her ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Vegeta and Beerus figures, is able to wipe out my strongest team in just 2 rounds.

I either need a fast way to grind XP, or I need a way to take her down as quickly as possible. Both methods would benefit from the attribute multiplier skills.

So how do I get them? Do they unlock in the shop after a certain point? Does Bulma give them out when you reach a certain level with her?

I want a straight, clear answer to this question, please.

I'm using a Janemba which gives +10% damage on trigger tile, along with a 5th form Cooler for my heavy hitter, and a Frieza to buff the team's speed and reduce that of the enemy's.

All three figures also have skills which add +200 to their Attack, Defense and Speed every turn.

Aside from them, I've got a spirit bomb Goku, and an SSB Gogeta, one of which reduces the enemy's defense after turns 1-3, while the other reduces the enemy's speed on turns 1-3.

The hard part is that the Beerus figure completely ignores the enemy's defense, so anything I put in front of him is guaranteed to die if they don't attack first (and get the kill). While Vegeta has an ability where he can attack my master directly. Meaning I have no way to defend myself against him, since master's don't fight back.

Okay, I'm getting frustrated / angry about this now.

Lots of videos on youtube are showing off their teams running these Stat Up skills, but I can not find ANY information at all regarding how to unlock them. No information on youtube, no information on wikipedia, no information on Gamfaqs.

Nothing. They just say to use the stat increasing skills to grind xp, but they don't say how to actually unlock those skills in the Colosseum Shop!

Okay, finally got them to show up in the shop. I don't know exactly when it happened, but I checked the hero colosseum after managing to effortlessly take down Guldo in the story missions.

Old post I know, but by the sounds of it you unlocked these skills in the shop at Master level 50?
