Final Shine Attack?

I read on the Wiki that you can get Final Shine Attack at the medal shop for 70 medals.
But I don't see it in the shop, and I don't have it already.
Am I missing something?

Metal shop inventory cycles one a week usually. You just have to wait for it and get lucky.

Yeah apparently it's on rotation as MekaDovah said, you just have to wait for it to be available.
However, it's pretty lame - doesn't work like SSJ4 Vegeta's, where he spends his whole ki bar on it.
It just fires like a normal kamehameha or whatever when a custom character uses it.

Yes, it doesn't make a difference. It uses 3 or 5 (I forget) and just fires like a kamehameha etc. would. That's it.

It works, you just have to hold the Ultimate Move buttons. Took me a while to figure it out, too.

Are you using a controller, or keyboard? I use an Xbox controller, and it works for me.
