difficulty setting?

Hi i just finished the game, i'd like to try on harder difficulty but i can't seem to find where is it?

I finished the game with perfect on each levels, but if i click on continue game it brings me to the same finished map....

On the menu screen, click on "Profile". You should be able to see your completion percentage on all difficulties. Simply click a different one and go from there.
