I seem to be stuck here, there's no way I can see to convert to the blue tile. Any hint would be appreciated.

Is this achievement missable? On in-game achievement page it's placed amongst 3 other missable ones ("A Costly Favor", "Tollbooth Operators" and "Moneybags") aaaand I kinda don't want to restart the whole game because I've accidentally completed that "challenge" on first try. I don't know what exactly will be here (I'm currently in the Selestial Realm) but there's a chance I'll meet the requirements for passing challenge from get-go way before I'll get here (I always complete/collect/just do all the things...

I realize that enough of each level can be viewed to be able to play. Yet it would feel more comfortable to be able to turn rotate each area, if only to feel a greater sense of control. And it's possible this is already possible, but I'm simply unaware of it. I would welcome any feedback. Thank you. GREAT game!...
