Misleading title but hear me out.

I just won against a carbon copy Forestcraft with the usual triple Ancient Elf, Tia, and all the other nonsense at rank C2. The best part? I was running a barely optimized Spellboost Runecraft deck with one Merlin that I didn't even draw.

Shoutouts to early Flame Destroyers and the huge Rune Blade. Also shoutouts to my opponent who tried to do the disconnect exploit. Stay classy, Japan.

I suppose this serves as a sort of motivational topic so you guys don't concede against net decks without giving it an honest shot.

runecraft does really well against forest, also forest is very difficult to play and requires a decent amount of practice.
I do agree that the witch is a bit too slow and I ended up putting 4 mana summon golems instaed in my free to play deck, at least they are a spell that I can evolve instaed of 5 mana non spellboost card. once I open up a second mage that gives bolt I will put him in instead.
