Why bots in Ranked?

Why do i have to play against bots in Ranked games?
I recognize them as bots, because they do strange moves like
- play all of their cards instead of dealing the killing blow (routine play cards first, than attack

Have stoped playing other card games, cause to much bots, so i hope its not allowed to use bots and they ban the bot user, otherwise they force me to leave this game :(

Players with bad manners who want to show off the rest of their hand, rather than win immediately. I do it all the time :^)

You don't recognize anything. You just think you know something, but you actually don't.

People BM all the time.

Isn't bots.. they even do it in Unranked lmao. They're basically saying "You had no chance. See? I'm going to waste time by laying down everything at my disposal just to prove it to you, instead of finishing you off with what's already on the board."

It's why I normally just concede now if I know I'm going to lose, better than waiting for someone to finish stroking their e-peen.

The only thing that makes me suspect bots is how some people seem to draw the exact right card at the exact right moment, to save them and win the game. And I'm talking where it's painfully obvious, like where they had been completely out of cards until their turn came up. The sheer amount of times, I've seen this happen; seems mathematically improbable. Though I suppose it could always be 'divine intervention', or what have you, or just plain rotten luck. It is, at the very least, curious.

Also in Hearthstone, you get xp based on how many actions you preformed during the game. People coming from from HS might think SV is the same way, so they'll throw their entire hand down before finishing the game for more xp
