Touhou leaders... What do you think?

Are Touhou leaders a possibility? I would pay for a Flandre leader any time (or probably for any Touhou character for that matter).

As far as I know there are no plans for anything like this, but I thought that maybe if people got together... maybe then Cygames will listen.

I realize there are more important matters right now, just wanted to know if you think it's possible, and if people are even interested in a Touhou collab.

Depends alot on ZUN and also if they reach out to cygames..since touhou been on downrising lately and the popularity in japan is starting to die out..so wouldnt nes be good to do a collab with them buisness wise
having and geting leaders/sleeves or such in the game would be awesome in my oppinion but I dont see the chance happening right now

Given how much of a sell-out ZUN has been lately, it wouldn't surprise me.

Also Isabelle is a grown-up latina chest-monster Patchouli

As for which characters will represent each leader

Forestcraft - Yuuka Kazami. Yuuka is like a youkai mother nature or turbo druid in windows canon.

Swordcraft - Youmu Konpaku. Because she's a swordsman, duh.

Runecraft - Patchouli Knowledge, Marisa Kirisame, or Alice Margatroid. Because magic.

Dragoncraft - I honestly don't know. None of the characters have a dragon theme. Maybe Utsuho Reiuji because explosions.

Shadowcraft - Either Yuyuko Saigyou(Ghost girl) or Rumia(Manipulator of darkness)

Bloodcraft - Easily Flandre or Remilia Scarlet

Havencraft - Another tough one since Abrahamic/Christian themes are rare in Touhou, and mostly in PC-98 canon. Perhaps Sanae because she's a priestess.

More is..would cygames be intrested in a franchise that already started going downhill? its not like with streetfighter where they could get a ton of "free" publicity by doing it..

I'm glad some of you like the idea!

Regarding publicity - does SV need that much more of it? I mean sure, it's always good to have more for a company, but they are pretty good right now afaik.

Also, isn't the Touhou fanbase still kind of bigger than Street Fighter's? Based on fanart at least, lol. And aside from publicity I think the Touhou leaders would bring as much (if not more) money to Cygames as the SF leaders too.

Anyway, I like the leader suggestions, that's pretty much what I was thinking. It is kinda sad though, that Touhou's going downhill :/

streetfighter is probely the biggest franchise in japan atm and been on top of alot of there polls lately
touhou been quite populare and strong for the last 10 years but last months/ year they been doing worse and worse esp in japan and

^Only real reson they would do a collab is to get more I mean since touhou been going a bit downhill and shadowverse is only going up..from a buisness stand point why would cygames want to do the collab? it might cost more to developt and make the products then they would go in profit
outside of japan im sure that touhou would be WAY better recived then ST leaders but we are quite a small minority of all players that plays the game even though they are starting to do more and more cool stuff for us english speaking people too(even giving english pages card revs in last expantion)

Its all abaout buisness and popularity of the games though if something is disliked/not liked in japan we wont get it 100% surely

Toutou is that indie bullets hell thing right? Look you may like it but 90% of the stuff seems to be "fan made", so why in the world do you expect Cygame to pick up Touhou leaders?

That makes less sense than Street Fighter leaders

Did I say I expect them to? No, it's only a suggestion. And yeah, there's a lot of fanmade stuff, but the leaders suggested above are not, so I don't see how that would be an issue.
