QOL Tweak: Pippette should clone sign properties

I often use the pippette tool to copy a path type/colour and would love if it also copied a sign's properties. I tend to mainly use signs that all have the same function, "Exit only" text and limiting who can enter to security and janitors. It'd save me lots of time if I could copy this across the park instead of having to manually set each one.
