The "I'm lost" thought is a guest who is not on a path anymore and can't find his way back. Click on the thought entry and it should take you to where that thought appeared.
Why are the visitors walking through the kiosk as if it doesn't exist? And why does it disappear when I hide scenery/decorations in the visualization options? Perhaps I chose the wrong kiosk?
I discovered my confusion. I was playing on the first campaign map after the tutorial. The info kiosk is not actually available for this level, but when I searched the decorations, I still found one. Maybe just remove that info kiosk from decorations since it doesn't do anything?
There's also the park map board decoration but that also doesn't do anything! It's a nice, easy, cheap, pretty decoration though~
Honestly, I'm not sure how I found this because I can't find it again. I think I searched "kiosk" and somehow found a custom building that maybe a user made? Because when I try to copy this, it only lets me copy individual components.
Here's an image of the building I made. https://imgur.com/a/rnKB3Pl
Sounds like someone made a blueprint of a "shell" to go around the actual Information Kiosk building out of deco pieces and you'd built it without the actual kiosk inside.
