How do I save a rollercoaster blueprint that includes scenery pieces?

I tried to create a coaster that has scenery pieces such as rocks and trees included in it like some of the ones I see on the workshop but I can't figure out how.

The bottom menu bar contains a "Blueprints" option near the right. In there are tools to allow you to select what exactly you want to put into the blueprint.

Okay, I messed up a couple times. Is there a way for me to delete blueprints?

Yes, through the Content Manager which can be accessed from the options menu (the "..." button in the top left of the screen).
