I really cant understand any reason of why this game can be removed from stores - even if it does not do much of money it does not cost publisher anything to keep it here and in other stores.
As for licensing issues - i dont think game has any licensed music. Also whope removal of game because of license on music thing is very much illegal and music industry just act like bully and trying to blackmail game publishers, and removal of game due of music is usually coward low efform move to not pay for prolonged license Music company expect, or to not go in court and prove that whole expiration of license thing and removal of other product because of some music is illegal.
