Stuck in tutorial

Hi I just got the game and started to play the tutorial but I keep getting stuck after getting into the truck. The top left says to open my "back pack", and I do so but nothing else pops up next telling me what to do? I went through everything in the backpack but still on the top left says to open my backpack?

You go into your map by pressing tab and click on your truck and hit restore
