Fill the big bowl with water from the river...

Hello-
I'm new to the game, and I'm at the part when it says "fill the big bowl with water from the river." I have found the big bowl (in the tent), but I don't see how to fill the bowl.

I would expect it to highlight and say "press E," but it is not. I am holding a bucket filled with the rinse water from the moss. Maybe I have to move the bowl somewhere, but I don't know where.

It does seem silly to fill a bowl which is sitting on the floor in a tent. Any hints would be appreciated.

Later: I saw on a YT vid that you carry the bowl to the river and fill it there, OK, I think I got it now.
