IF YOU WANT TO PICK UP GOLD FROM PAN

You can do it in severl ways on the begining
1. Get shovel and put dirt directly to your bucket, then pan - WORST way to do it and you get small flakes of gold
2. Get shovel and put dirt into hog pan, wait until mats are 100%, take mats to bucket, then pan it - BETTER way to do it and you get bigger flakes of gold
3. Then you can upgrade your hog pan with water pump, so you do not have to put water into it from bucket

A simple trick for all who are having issues. First off move the pan forward and backward, side to side, to recover all the gold. 3 or 4 times each direction does the trick usually. After this point tilt the pan forwards so the angled (ribbed) area is parallel to the ground. Lower the pan into the water so that it just covers the dirt chunks a bit. Swirl the water around by moving the pan (NOT TILTING IT!) and you'll find that the gold stays in the crease or the ribs as the dirt and stones get washed out of the pan. All said and done you have a neat little pile of gold left in the bottom of your pan for easy collection.

I can not pick up the gold out of the pan. I can mine it and pan it, but there is no way for me to pick it up. The crosshairs do not show up for some reason.

I can get to the point of having only gold in the pan, switch to picking mode, put the crosshair on the gold piece, button hint comes on the screen, press the button, and nothing happens

Same issues as many. Setup the hogpan run until the mats are at 100%. Wash off mats in bucket and transfer to pan. Pan the dirt until only gold in the pan. Press shift. No crosshair... no way to pick up the gold!!

I'm able to pick up gold but my gold amount is staying the same.

i can pick gold up but its not dropping it to the glas can, its dropping it on the ground and not adding gold for me to use :(

I found the gold without ever seeing any sign of a crosshair. The gold does add to the inventory but you need to pick up a few nuggets to get even a 0,01ounce out of it.

Also something as simple as seeing the controls is pure pain on a normal sized screen. Also, where can I find my laptop cause Id really very much like to get the big unneccessary message off my screen.

I cant pick gold from the pan either, i saved just before removing the mats so will try again later today and see if it still happens, no point in playing if you cant pick gold.

Well... I just drew a hitmarker on my screen. I will draw in all the stuff I need from now on since the devs apparently have better things to do. GOOD DAY SIR! ;D

lol if you pick gold with water in the pan , the crosshair is just visible , but drawing on the screen works too :)

im still unable to pick up any gold, and now that the pan glitched through teh wall Im going to have to restart the game for the 9th time, when I bought another pan and walked into the tent, it glitched out again and threw the pan through the wall and is now stuck in the ceiling

The only "Fix" to this currently is to forego the very broken panning system and just use the wave machine in the meantime. Sucks but the truth. Even in this basic how to i did, it shows how easy the gold pan system glitches out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V5xtGamAjmk
