The 1050 Ti is better than the old 760 so minimal requirements are not the reason.
And the game works fine (especially on all AMDs and Nvidias older than RTX), your RTX is the problem because Nvidia changed something (memory management?) which makes problems in the game. Try with setting shadows, wind and foilage to minimum and play around with GPU culling on / off.
You can ask a refund.
+Crash file location
If the game crashes then it will provide a log file, that log file can be found by following the steps below
* C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Temp\CodeHorizon\GoldRushTheGame\Crashes
I was able to play for 6hours without a crash from enabling GPU culling. Thanks for that!!
And remember (for general working / gaming on computers, not only Gold Rush), make often manual saves and make a "savegame rotation", especially if you have to make decisions and don't know if it gets good later (for example taking a loan or buy a big plant in GR).
1st You are not my customer.
2nd Don't question my decision again
3rd If the game doesn't work and if the customer thinks it's the worst money he spent, why not ask for a refund while he has time?
