Hi, im on tier 2 but with the big excavator. But I just wonder what is the next things I should buy now? Dump truck or start on tier 3 equipment or something else?...

Consider using Franks to get dirt to the plant rather than a dump truck. It's much quicker and easier. My dump truck has been parked since the night before the Franks were released.

I would stay with the excavator and t2 till cliam is paid for if it's not,then keep using it till you have enough to set up t3-5.

It takes some time. But buy tier 3 as soon as possible. Then you have a chance.

Take a loan when the bank will offer you enough to buy the OA claim. Pay that off working with your T2 setup and then save up or take another loan to transition to T3. Don't move to T3 though until you can afford the dump truck and conveyor system otherwise the gold mining will be more of a grind on basic T3 than it is now at T2. I'd go with dump truck and conveyor over the frank suggestion as due to the positioning of the wash plant on OA you'll need at least 2 franks to reach from the dig site without needing to drive the excavator between digging and loading the frank.

Alternative:
- Keep your gold sand in buckets (separate the magnetite), 35 - 40 buckets are enough (depends on your maximum loan you can get). If you pan (wave table) the gold, smith to bar, sell the bar and buy the claim on the same day, you don't have to pay rent. Take a loan, too (and sell the magnetit on your way to town).
- Use the Frank with the mobile plant, it goes really faster (after buying claim) until you have enough money for the T5 (T3 with best equipment) and a 2nd Frank
- You don't need the old plant conveyor and dump truck

Ok thanks for answers. But what about the front end loader? Can that be wort it in the future? I mean instead of moving the washing plant, wave table, wires etc after me then just dig everything into the front end loader and drive that to washing plant, or is that just wasted money?...

You only have to move the mobile plant (with cables) and your truck with the buckets (you drive the buckets to the "panning section" with mag separator and wavetable). Later you can use the Frank, the mobile plant won't move much.

You don't need really the frontloader, bulldozer and dump truck. The driller is useful to find the gold spots but not needed on Arnold (gold is everywhere, some spots with a bit more gold).

I dont have the dlc yet so I use the frontloader and the dumptruck and the conveyor belt system. takes about 5 scoops of the front loader to fill the dumptruck. One dumptruck does like 5 or 6% in the teir 3 setup so it takes about 20 dumptrucks full to fill up the t3 plant all the way(100 front loader scoops). Ive found its easiest to grab dirt with the frontloader out of the side of a hill. With the 20 workers (ish) I have a 100% mat/bucket/moss cleanout + the gold the workers collected netted me a about a 53 pound gold bar. Thats just over a million $ before paying the rent.

o and metallos, whats that about not having to pay rent if u spend it in a day? sounds like a bug lol, if you spent all the money and dont have enough to pay rent it should make your $ go negative or something otherwise its kinda cheating (cuz your supposed to pay the rent). edit- O i see you dont need to pay the rent if u bought the claim. kinda cheezy tho cuz you got all that gold while you didn't own the claim lol.

Yes, the rent is calculated at (mid)night. If you wash / pan, sell and buy the claim before the "calculation point", then no rent is calculated.

Warning, it doesn't work with Tony Beets (else Parker had done this in the show). ;-)

Yes, buying the claim should be done with T2 as soon as possible.
