First thing you have to check: What PSU is in that case. It doesn't look like you are able to swap that PSU if needed. The wattage of the PSU is not the point. It is more important to know how much Ampere this PSU can deliver on one single 12V rail and if it has the connections for a more powerful GPU.
The other point is that you won't be able to mount bigger cards with huge cooling solutions. You do not have enough space and the other problem would be the heat generation if a card without a radial fan would be mounted in to this case.
Edit: Just visited the MSI website and they are using a MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Gaming X 8G for this rig. Should be possible to upgrade your GPU if the PSU has enough wattage. Better ask MSI if this GPU would fit with your configuration.

This shows 150w MAXIMUM GRAPHICS CARD POWER, not your thermal dissipation. Kindly stop trying to one-up everyone on tech stuff. I did my F'n homework before posting. K, thanks.
