Gate Locked?

I have rented the first gold mine place and got the items in my truck i follow the road to the site but there is a bar gate across the road and i can not find how you open it i have looked all over and found nothing can someone help please...

You need to go to the bank and buy or rent a claim to get that gate lifted.

I'm locked inside my claim right now, I leased it moved out there. had a bunch of stuff delivered then had a really hard time setting up the wash plant. but I got it and realize the gates locked I'm assuming the lease wasi also couldn't receive equipment there I ended up purchasing the claim at the lap top and the gate never opened now I'm locked inside even though I own it
