Hog pan on big washplant

I have attached two hog pans to my wash plant, but continiously getting the message that I loose pay dirt.. It seems like it is only the last miners moss that absorbs gold, and when I go to empty it in the bucket I get the message that there is no gold in the miners moss.. What am I doing wrong?..

Do you have a water supply connected to them? You need to use the Hog Pan Pump....not the Hog Pan No Pump.
