Big water pump

Anyone else not getting water to feed through the big water pump? I tried just using the big water pump with connectors to the small red hose with a filter and get no water to it?

No issues here...pump running fine. Have to ask though why do you have a filter on the red hose.

Big hose placed in stream connected to big pump, big hose connected to pump to adaptor for red hoses, red hoses connected to machines.

You’re pumping into it using a red hose with a filter on it? That would be a problem i would think, you want the huge hose connecting the pump directly with the river. No filter necessary with the big water pumps.

i was thinking maybe they should add a filter for the huge hoses so it doesn't suck up a whole lotta dirt from the bottom of the stream(but honestly there might be some type of built in screen system in the big pump)

well thats what i was thinking that itd need a filter which is what screwed me up

Filters are getting a touch up but prior to a few patches ago pumps would NOT work without a filter, expect this to go back to the way it was.

Yes I'm aware of that but my post was to assist c3trix the current way to use pumps until the filters get sorted .

Please read my response tidy... He asked about the BIG water pump which does not need a red hose until it is connected to the splitter hence my question asking about the filter on red hose to which then connects to a machine and nothing else (unless trying to pump water back in to the river )
