Most efficient way to move dirt through plant?

I’m new to this game, finally got my tier 5 plant all set up.(yeah I did the $1 “cheat”, so what?).
My question is, what is the most efficient/quickest way to move dirt through the wash plant?
I currently have two Frankenstein conveyors, but loading them with the excavator seem painfully slow and can only get them 5% full from one scoop. It seems like a waste of fuel to keep everything running while
I scoop dirt in one at a time.
I’m thinking about getting rid of front end loader and grader machines to make room for 4 dump trucks. I could pre-fill the dump trucks when wash plant is off, once they’re full I turn the plant on and dump them in one by one into the frank conveyor. Then shut the plant off and refill the dump trucks.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

The franks have containers at the end of the conveyor (bucket signs) that hold 2 dump truck loads. I usually fill up the first frank when it is turned off, then I turn it on and fill up the next frank through the conveyor of the frank I just loaded. Like that I fill everything without constant fuel usage. Then, I start the washers and conveyors.

Takes 2 full franks and 1 full shaker to fill the small mats and the sluice compartments to 100%
