Problem : there is no water when summer coming

You can use the water trailer (till T4) or the tower (you need 150k $ for unlocking) on your claim.
Both have integrated pumps (the tower doesn't need fuel) for supplying water to the plant, for refilling you need a separate (your old for exampe) pump.
The trailer can be also refilled at the tower in town near the gas station (if it asks for 150K then it's a bug, try again) or the tower on the claim can be refilled overnight like the fuel container, both refills costs money.

River dries out above 25 °C and freezes below -2 °C. Between that you have water.
You can also disable the pressure system on some difficulty levels.
