My shaker is not shaking? How can i fix this? HELP!?

You using the Shaker, or De-Rocker, are they plugged in?

Shaker, yes plugged in, water is running and its making sounds but no animation (shaking)

I once had a wire or hose directed through the shaker that prevented it from shaking.
Was driving me nuts untill i noticed it.
Maybe a thing to look at.
