Mods?

Okey let's be real, i don't know anything about mods or modding more than pressing that download button.
But i feel like this game would be perfect for mods, so the community could make much more equipment, so the users would'nt have to wait for the DEV's to come up and 'construct' new machinery to keep the game alive.

when i hit tier 3 and bought all the heavy machinery i felt like "hmm like what should i do next? i already have all the equipment i need so why sould i dig for more gold?"

If it was possible to get mods, i could have bought even more and bigger machines and then the game would feel more alive.

I don't know if it's even possible to enable mods for this game, but the DEV's should really consider it.

Gold mining is a serious business and the only thing that counts is to get as much gold as possible out of the ground within one season. I understand the point to see more equipment and machines. Especially newer equipment and not those old trucks, excavators, washplants and so on. But the most important feature for the future is to make this game able to play with other players. That's the only way to fill a game like this with life. We all know that this won't happen with Gold Rush The Game. But who knows, it might be a possibility for the Gold Rush 2 Game. It depends on how successful this game will be.

There are still features which have not been enabled or implemented yet:

-Repairs and failures
-four seasons
-all equipment

The other point is the balance between income and ouputs. In my opinion the income is a way too high while the outputs are too low. The other point is that we have a wrong declaration of the gold in this game - normal language not jargon. Gold is usually traded with troy ounces. "Ounces" do just exist in the everyday language. So one troy ounce is equal to 0,0311034768 kg. A standard gold bar has 12,44kg. This means you need 399,955287 troy ounces of gold for this gold bar. But in this game you are not even able to tell the blacksmith that you want to craft one standard gold bar because scaling is incredibly bad.

For now we just can set own goals and make the gameplay that way more realistic.

-Do not work 24 hours per day because in real life you would not be able to work this way
-Keep mining for one week and then do a full clean up after this time (I know you will need plenty of buckets for this).
-Try to get enough troy ounces of gold to craft standard gold bars or at least gold bars that are close to 12,44kg.
-Make sure that your season will end at some point. (depends on where you are mining. If you go more to the north you might be able to mine for four months. If you go more to the south you might be able to mine for up to 6 months).

This is a really good idea, fun way to change up the game a little bit. Ive also set the rules for myself of if your stuck, dont reset the vehicle, you have to dig it out. aswell as no machine switching, walk everywhere you need to :)

i would like to see a huge power cables as well as splitters that have 1 huge power cable in and 4 high voltage power cables out.i think if they could make it so we can clean up the land once we buy it like get rid of the tree branches on the ground and trash laying around and maybe make it so that we can level the terrain that would be so awsome...thanks for the game so far though it is great.
