Front End Loader - I dont understand it!...

I really really really DO NOT understand the Front End Loader. I am not able to move dirt with this vehicle! The Excavator control ist very fine in my opinion, but the Front End Loader seems to be absolutely unplayable (for me?). The physics seems totally buggy.
It stucks and stopped on the smallest molehill as it would be the mount everest (see pictures - the loader CAN NOT move this dirt!) and would not move any more. It is not able to grab and move this dirt.

But not enough - it also stucks on absolutely plane ground without any obstacle in sight! That can not be meant that way!?...

if the bucket is tilted down to far, like it looks in the picture, it wont pick up any dirt. try reducing the engle on it and you should be able to scoop away

Flatten the FL bucket just above the ground level drive into the pile of dirt. Wiggle side to side a little if needed. Then slowly back up while raising the Arm and Bucket with (R) and (T)

It took me about 2 hours of messing around to figure out if you have the bucket tilted down below ____ (flat ground), it will not push or pick up ANY dirt. It is like running on concrete. Tilt the bottom of the bucket flat or just a little above ground, you are good. It will do almost as good as the Dozer, but not get stuck as much. Driving on the other hand is a bit odd, since it turns in the middle.

LOL, IRL I love them, as you can turn around in tight spaces easily. However, they beat the crap out of you in the process. The particular implimentation in this game however, leaves a bit to be desired. (Not complaining, just noting a bit of a shortcoming.) Overall, I think most of the vehicles need some tweeks, like the ability for the excavators to lift their own weight, speed on some, etc.

i agree the excavators should beab;le to lift themselfs self rescue not involveing resetting should be an option

The main reason for articulation is to speed the process of loading trucks.

I'd like a way to attach cables to it and the dozer to tow it out. As is I use the bucket on the excavator to pull it out sometimes.

Yes, I will do. But I followed some of the given Loader-Tipps now and the movement of dirt works much better now for me. The only thing that still disturbs: The Loader stills stucks on the smallest molehill (diff.-lock is on, of course). Yesterday I have to reset the Loader for six oder seven times in 15 minutes. No deep holes in the ground, only little dirt risings there.
I will send you the save-file, so you can take a look.
PS: Despite some bugs this is still a fabulous game and one of my favorite. This needs to be stated! :o)
