Please help: Excavator Bug!

I have buyed the big excavator. Each shovel fills up the mobile Washplant for only 3%! Thats even less than the small excavator have done (3-5%, almost 3%, too). I realized this bug already with the smaller excavator but hoped, that this bug is vanished when I´m buying a new excavator. But the bug is still there. Any solutions, please? Have I to start a brandnew game - or to reinstall the game!? That would throw 3-4 days of gameplay to the garbage... :-\ See Link: This is how ONE shovel does the washplant fills (the plant was empty).[www2.pic-upload.de]

PS: The BIG excavator has far less power than the SMALL excavator. Is that right!?... I believe there is also a bug in relation of the excavator physics. In most cases he big excavator can not close it´s shovel and grab a full shovel of dirt!

I love this game, but now I´m, really dissapointed and I my motivation lacks for now...

But this doesnt solve my problem.
I have played 2 days long with only one washplant before - it was still the same (excavator does only fill up the washplant for ~3% per full shovel of dirt).

It is not loading the wash plant 3%, it is processing 3% gold from the dirt you put into it.Turn off the wash plant and drop a scoop of dirt. You should see around 45% from the big excavator.

This - make sure you are looking at the end box and not the other one as that's percentage of gold.

I can not see the image correctly as I'm on mobile and the screen is cracked xD

I will check this thread again tomorrow but if you still think it's broke then please upload your save file.

Plug -> Power available (must be green to run)
Drop -> Water available (must be green to run)
Bucket -> Fill level of the white bucket (red circle in picture)
"Glass of lemonade" -> Fill level of the washing plant (or whatever), about 20 - 30% per scoop from small excavator, 40 - 50% from big excavator (full scoop).

Pic 1:

Pic 2:
Shows the shovel of the big excavator before filling it into the washplant. It´s very difficult for me to fill the shovel of the big excavator to 100% because the BIG (!) excavator seems much weaker to me! The small (!) excavator bites into the dirt like a hot knife through butter. Not so the big excavator, it has problems to close it´s shovel in the dirt... I wonder why. But anyway.

Pic 3:
Here you can see the process of filling the dirt into the washplant. I have tried to hit the left washplant as good as I can :) And you can see the max. processing-value: ca. 30% (icon right).

Pic 4:
The stats of the Washplant AFTER the first shovel dirt from the big excavator was processed. The white bucket is filled now for 6% (by this one shovel of dirt). Is this normal? Dont know :)

PS: I also have tried to re-install the complete game today. After the reinstall I used my save game, have taken a loan and buyed the big excavator and tested it again. But all values are still the same...

It's correct, it fills with big excavator to 40 % (you see 30 % because it's already processing while you are emptying the scoop) and after washing the bucket is filled to 6%.
