The secret is to wash and WASH A LOT

Did some experimental stuff at my big wash plant. I think it's a bug, well it got to be, this is just crazy.

Filled up the 6 moss mats at roughly 20% each +- 1% with the front loader (which btw is serious underpowered).

Removed the 2 top mats (number 5 and 6) washed them once each in the same bucket of clean water. Ran the bucket through the magnetite machine and then the wave table.
Output was 4 Oz. Not to bad and I totally was expected something like that.

Then I washed the next moss mat (going from top towards the bottom). But this time I washed it 4 times, which is the maximum washes you can do in a bucket with clean water.

Ran it through the same machines as stated above. Outcome was 13 Oz. Hmm....fishy

Did the same with the 4th moss mat, same result. Roughly 13 Oz of gold.

The next moss mat, second to last, I only washed once. Ran it through the machines and the outcome was around 4 Oz (like the two first one together). Hmm, this is ackward.

Last (the end one) moss mat I also started with only 1 wash and the outcome was the same as the second to last mat. So I ruled out the random placing of gold throughout the mats. I then thought - what if I wash it again. So a fresh bucket and I washed it 4 times (max). The outcome was 13 Oz. So it paid 4+13 = 17 Oz from one mat.
So WHAT IF I washed it yet another time...hehe. Well, it paid another 13 Oz.

Now I'm REALLY wondering if I want to continue playing. I mean, I stopped when I had 100 Oz and that was just from a delivering 5-6 frontloader loads to the big wash plant and I havn't even cleaned out the duplex jig yet. This isn't fun at all. The bugs are killing me.

It's not a bug with the big wash plant. It works with the hog pan as well. Or get a bucket full of clean water and put it in the wave table. You will get gold as well. Or just use your shovel and put the dirt in a bucket and then in the wave table. Gold again without seperating.

Just tried with the only water in bucket. 10 Oz roughly. Man, this is just plain stupid. Why even bother playing this anymore.

well with my hog pan i rinse each mat 4 times into the one bucket..... though now ive been reading you can just re wash the same 1 mat bucket after bucket.

You don't even need a mat just dump water into the wave table :P

I haven't tried the water... but the multirinsing has been fixed as of today's patch. just tried water, nothing... and tried one shovel in a bucket ran through the wave table and only got 0.009... about right for my claim. also tried running one shovel in a buck through the de-mag table then the wave table and only got about .012 which is about right but also wrong... removing the magenitie doesn't increase how much gold there is in the material, it should just make it easier/faster/less work to get the gold out of the material, per haps they just chose to represent this as a higher recovery... but as a gold miner myself I find this irritating.should make it so that the wave table takes 3 (or more) times as long if you don't de-mag it first. My blu-bowl takes forever if I don't de-mag my concentrates. Should also make you buy dawn dish liquid as a consumable LOL! If you aren't a gold miner you won't get that joke.

And duct tape!!!! Need duct tape for basically everything. Leaky hose duct tape, hole in hog wash, duct tape it, button wont stay activated, duct tape it on until you get the gold that can replace it next year. DUCT TAPE FIXES EVERYTHING!!!!!

DuctTape is a given, I am glad they at least allow the option to NOT get the 39 OZ nugget at the start... That was just OP. I wish they wold revamp the panning... I mean geeze no black sand at all. should make it so that the balck sand covers the gold and you have to wash the rocks... the more rocks you wash the lower the black sand gets, until you can finally see the gold.. also I have never seen gold move so easy in a gold pan... even round bits will hold their ground better than these. Should put a blu-bowl or gold spiral in there before the wave table. as an intermediary between panning and wave table. Also why only 1 single phase but 2 two phase plugs on a small genset. should be the other way around.
