Connecting the Hog pan to the Sluicebox?

lol, have been turning it every way possible, made sure it wasnt the extension etc.

What did you guys do? :)

You gotte set it up on a small place on the river, or just use the "digitube" ingame. There is a small video about how to setup the pan

Nope, till now, you can only setup one per claim, with or without the water pump.
