H3VR itself is great. It's polished, (mostly) realistic, and has a BIG arsenal of weapons to throw some lead downrange with.

However, I found out on the day of writing this review that the developer, Anton Hand, is a massive ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with a big ego who would rather immediately insult you when you make a small correction than make the respectful choice to accept that he is wrong. As much as I like this game? app? simulation?, I wish I was within the refund window. Anton Hand no longer deserves my twenty dollars.

Ok here's the REAL review without any developers paying out for good reviews or having their buddies play the game for a good review, this is the real one.


DON'T buy this game, its the DEFINITION OF OVERRATED and there are several games out there that do this much MUCH much better than this one with better graphics as well. This game has a bunch of nothing in it,. if you like doing a bunch of pointless mindless four year old entertainment value activities then be my guest, but literally even the movement options felt like a boring awful ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ chore, and was confusing even at that. I'm one to say that I literally HATE teleport movement, but in this "game" (MUCH more like a kids demo or an "experience" rather than a VR game), you're pretty much forced into it. Do you like moving with your left hand and playing normally like you would in Serious Sam or Skyrim? Good luck enjoying this game at all, you genuinely have to click the menu button to switch into movement options literally EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU WANT TO MOVE SOMEWHERE. This game is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ overrated disaster and the popularity it's received are clearly not doing it any favors, I bought this product based off of the reviews but they honestly CANNOT be trusted. This VR experience is a SCAM and I refunded the living ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ HELL out of my money back after giving it a chance three different times and trying to set up a way that I dont have to click the stupid mother ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ MENU BUTTON EVERY TIME I WANT TO WALK AROUND, what a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke and whatever Dev made the controller setup that way, know that YOU have literally lost money from your VR experience I'm sure from countless people who tried to give this overrated BS a try and found the same issues I did.

After trying ALL of the options and movement setting, and going through multiple stages (some that don't even HAVE CONTENT IN THEM YET) with literally about as much enjoyment as watching a snail crawl, I refunded this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ass game and bought Pavlov VR and Serious Sam 3,

I originally bought this when is first came out, and just pick it up again. I have never seen such horrible controls from guns that dont work , To dropping a gun and unable to pick it up
,I randomly pick out five guns tried to figure out how to fire logically ,and still it takes einstien and a gun degree to just fire .What ever having to picking up a gun not pulling a pin and having unlimmitted ammo without loading ever 10 seconds .Not impressed. Gun enthusists have fun, not me. have a open world ,without loading , and just pull the trigger. You have occulus Rift controls that show up on the screen and do work somewhat ,however it dosent show it on your advertising ias compatable ,is it or isnt. is that why its not working properly.

Spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to "rack" the gun. gave up.

this game isn't worth 20USD it should cost at least 40

Very basic sandbox-style gameplay, no story or progression mechanics to make the game fun. More like a tech demo than anything else, not worth the twenty bucks.

Crap Index support.

Oftentimes I find myself accidentally switching safety on and off when I wanted to drop mag, which lead to many deaths in game.

Dropping mags works like 1 out of 5 times with index touchpad.

No option for smooth turning, snapping only.

Needs more tutorials and info, especially for inventory management.

Is it just me or it's impossible to grab weapon from inventory without looking at it (like in boneworks)?

Often my virtual hands would just stick to my gun and I would have to move them to a ridiculous distance to unstick them from whatever part they stuck to, which was INFURIATING in combo with starting out with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ weapons requiring ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of manual work to just fire once.
