[Potential Spoilers] Can't find golden figurines

I've looked everywhere in north and south fortresses but i can't seem to find a single golden figurine. I looked in all the lockers and small chests, but they only contain weapons and powerups. Am I missing something? Are there other containers I can open?

You need to visit the three fortresses in the correct order (not sure from the top of my head, maybe south first?). The golden figurine spawns outside on the balcony or on the roof of the building - or at least they did in my run.

I tried looking for it but no luck. I looked everywhere and there were no figurines. I even tried looking behind all the objects. It also would seem like I can't find the bone of the blessed for the other quest. Is it possible that quest items are simply not spawning for whatever reason?

Did you let the guy who gives you the quest finish talking? Because you need to do that before the first one spawns.

Yea I did. On my all my runs after I've activated the quest, the npc always refers to the first time I activated the quest. Could this be a bug from the update? I started the run on the patch before the final ROTR update that completed the mode.

Edit: I found the golden figurine. Turns out you have to go to north fortress first as the npc states when you accept the quest. Then the other 2 figurines spawn. I have also found the bone in the church. Thank you all for your help.

Bit late to the party, But for the figurine quest you need to collect the one at the north checkpoint first, talk to him again, then go to the south pass and old weinerton forts. (that's the order i did it, but the last 2 the order doesn't matter. the figurines usually spawn on top of the large boxes/crates.
