Windows Graphics Optimization warning comes up every time
Every time I launch H3VR after rebooting my PC the Windows Optimization warning comes up, but you can see here that it's already enabled. I click the Change It and Quit button and reload and then the warning goes away. But as you can see the settings have not changed.

It's a minor thing but annoying to always have to launch the game twice.

Here's the basic version outside of fiddling with the registry:

If you really want to go fiddling in the registry, the key is called DISABLEDXMAXIMIZEDWINDOWEDMODE , but it has to be set per-app.

These instructions go into a different method of setting it per app (again, outside the registry):

But they link to "Option 3" in these instructions for registry work:

Hrm. I don't know why it would keep coming up. The game is checking a windows registry entry. Is the account you're playing on an administrator account on your computer?

Also, I've deleted one of your posts as you've posted public screenshots of your email address/account name.

Yes admin account. Could you let me know the reg key and I’ll check it before and after?

Thanks for deleting the screenshots. I noticed afterwards but was posting from mobile and couldn’t be arsed to edit them 🙄
Only needed you to see the proof anyway!
