No Audio

[Extreme Encounter]

Game suddenly receives no audio. I've messed with default sound devices, verified cache integrity, updated drivers, Windows, etc. Strangest bug I've yet to run across, and there doesn't seem to be a solution.

This is going to sound silly, but have you ensured the game is simply not muted in Windows?

Device association for audio is handled 100% automatically by the engine/windows. There's no options or switches to flip for it, so the best suggestion I have is to see if the game shows up in the list of apps in the Volume mixer for the audio device that's active when you play.

Hehe, guess I'm pretty dumb not to notice, but yep that's what it was. Figured since the main volume slider was up it was fine, but that makes sense then. Thanks for making me realize my own stupidity lmao
